What documents are required to rent a car?
UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence. Tourists need a passport, visit visa and a valid home-country or International Driving Permit.
Can tourists rent a car in Dubai?
Yes. Tourists can rent with their passport, visa entry stamp and a valid driving licence. Licences from some countries also require an International Driving Permit.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 years for most cars and 25 years for luxury and sports cars. A valid licence held for at least one year is required.
Can I add another driver?
Yes. Additional drivers can be added if they meet the age and licence requirements.
Rental Plans
Can I rent a car for one day?
Yes, daily rentals start from 24 hours.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
Yes. Monthly packages are available on all car categories with mileage and insurance included.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer 6-month, 12-month and longer rental plans for individuals and companies.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. Contact us before your return time and we will extend the rental subject to availability.
Delivery & Airport
Do you provide airport pick-up and drop-off?
Yes. We can deliver and collect your car at Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC). Share your flight number when booking.
Can you deliver the car to my location?
Yes, we deliver and collect at your home, hotel or office where the service is available in Dubai.
Insurance & Charges
Is insurance included?
Yes, standard comprehensive insurance is included with every rental. An excess may apply in case of an accident; full cover options are available.
What is the mileage limit?
Most cars include 250 km per day or 4,500 km per month. Sports cars may have a lower limit. The limit for each car is shown on its page.
How are Salik charges calculated?
Salik toll gates charge per crossing. Salik charges recorded during your rental are added to your final invoice as per your rental agreement.
Who pays traffic fines?
The renter is responsible for traffic fines and parking violations during the rental period. Fines are charged with a small admin fee.
What is the security deposit?
A refundable security deposit is taken at the start of the rental to cover fines, Salik and damages. The amount depends on the car.
How long does a security deposit refund take?
The deposit is usually released within 21–30 days after return, once traffic fines and Salik records are cleared.
Policies
What happens if the car is returned late?
A grace period applies, after which late returns are charged per hour or as an extra day.
What should I do in case of an accident?
Make sure everyone is safe, call the police (999) to get a police report, and contact us immediately. A police report is required for all insurance claims.
What is your fuel policy?
Same-to-same. Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up, otherwise refuelling is charged.
